Episode 18: Enneagram Harmonic Groups - The Positive Outlook Triad Types 2, 7, & 9

In this episode, we'll be talking about the Enneagram Harmonics Groups starting with The Positive Outlook Group - Enneagram Types 2, 7, and 9s. Don Riso and Russ Hudson developed The Harmonic Triads (The Wisdom of the Enneagram). The Harmonic Groups address the coping style or conflict-resolution strategies of all nine Enneagram types. The three Enneagram Harmonic Groups are broken down into the Positive Outlook Group, the Competency Group, and the Emotional Realness Group. Types 2, 7, and 9 all focus on being positive while avoiding pain in different ways. In times of disappointment or conflict, their problem-solving approach shifts to get their own needs met while also being attuned to the needs of others.
